Free Shipping for Canada & USA We're pleased to offer free shipping on all orders to Canada and the United States. No minimum order required — free shipping is automatically applied at checkout.

Carriers Orders are shipped via Canada Post or UPS depending on your location and the nature of your order. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times

• Canada: 5–10 business days
• United States: 7–14 business days
• Europe & UK: 10–21 business days
• Australia & New Zealand: 14–28 business days
• Rest of World: 14–30 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to customs processing for international orders.

International Shipping We ship worldwide! International orders are fulfilled through our trusted print and fulfillment partners and shipped via tracked international carriers. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by their country upon delivery. These charges are outside our control and are not included in your order total.

Order Processing Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days before shipping. Print-on-demand items (such as yoga mats, tapestries, notebooks, and apparel) may require additional production time of 3–7 business days.
